As stated, mint-loose-complete, all decals appear to be present, properly and cleanly applied. This was never played with- shelf display only from a collector, and includes the original instructions/blueprints and Hasbro GIJoe catalog. For larger toys I use FedEx for ship. NOTE: My main area of collecting is vintage Star Wars, so if I miss some detail on a non SW item, please let me know, and go by the photos as much as possible.
