Darth Vader

Original backer card for Darth Vader from ESB, with the 41-back Action Figure Survival Kit offer variation. Really nice card to look at, despite the condition. Pop is cut, numerous creases, and the former owner has circled or checked off some of the characters he owned at the time (who wouldn't?). This was done very lightly in green ink. On the front, where the bubble was removed some additional doodling (like I said- who wouldn't? :) Crispy, fresh graphics still look very nice. Quick, cheap alternative to shelling out the big bucks for a sealed version. It's the next, best thing.... Personally I was never fanatical enough to get multiple sealed figures of each character on each of the different cards they came with, so in the past I would get one sealed & just buy the used cardbacks of the other card variants for that character for reference- much cheaper! Plus I very much prefer the "clear" visual of the cardbacks that don't have these special offer promos. So this backer was all I ever needed of this card. Saves space, and still get a thrill out of seeing the old packaging. Lately I hear some people *only* collect the used cardbacks without the bubble or toy.... Go figure! (pun intended) MTFBWY....
