I think some colors are slightly faded. Then there is normal chrome and sticker wear. The only thing he was missing was the oil tanker top so I made one out of a solid piece of aluminum and put a nice ladder on the back. I didn't paint it or anything it looks pretty good as is. I also made it capable of holding the gun to give Octane a battle mode.

I say this item is between good and fare, the stickers are so-so, comes with the chrome shield, a bit of wear around the edges on the shield. Transforms ok. joints are not tight but not loose either.
